Unauthorized subscription on my credit card!!!!!

Mobile Content subscription blue label R299-00

This has just been allocated to my Makro Credit Card without my authorization and consent and when I query this the respond is: " Please kindly be advised that the mobile content subscription is an online from our 3rd party which called blue label. " Why was this processed without my consent and now it is my responsibility to try and get a refund. NO PROTECTION FROM MAKRO!!!!!
