Unauthorized debit order

<p>a consultant (yolanda) called me on 15th may at 14h45 to make payment arrangements. we agreed on R945. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE any d/o to go through on my a/c . a transaction of R4 745.34 was set off on this morning and obviously was unpaid, which resulted in R100.00 unpaid CHARGE.
