UNAHPPY & FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER - REFUND STILL NOT PAID

I placed an order with Makro on 28 May 2024, called numerous times and was told there's a delay it will be delivered in 5 working days. on 10 June 2024 got an sms for the order cancellation and that I will get my refund within 5 - 10 days, till today no refund.

On your Whatapp assist I spoke to Eugene twice and he was useless cause he kept closing my query without providing feedback and I spoke to Nthabiseng she also closed my query and no refund.

I have also received email Mpho, Kabelo, Maule , Thembeka and Siphiwe , they have all said the same thing to wait for 7 to 14 days but no refund was received.
