Unacceptable service 42 minutes to pay for 2 goods<br> Went to Makro Silver lakes today. Stood in the Q for 42 minutes to pay for 2 items. Only 5 cashiers open. When I enquired about this, I was told that it is the cashiers day off. Yes anybody deserves a day off, but not all at once. More than 60 people waiting in the Q. Your Q was so long it even passed your hardware and paint section. This is not acceptable. Some customers even left the goods they wanted to buy, and left the store. Shame on you. Your service is pathetic and unacceptable.<br> Have you ever considered an express till for customers with less than 10 goods?<br>
