Unacceptable online experience in this day and age

In this day and age where other stores deliver overnight, this is a totally unacceptable online buying experience.

It has been 3 days on a dishwasher that states 2-5 days estimate and the dishwasher order status is still in pending? I mean it is already in a box? How does it take more than 3 days to even look at an online order?

Attempted to email the support email, but after 12 hours it just sends a automatic reply that states they have higher volumes than usual? This is in March, super confused, won’t buy online from them again.
