Was so excited on the 25th, as I had just purchased a cool bar refrigerated ( Red in colour) the sales consultant was amazing great person to deal with and I was so impressed that he gave us his undivided attention n as the Store was crazy busy.... <br> <br> My Problem comes on the 26th at dispatch (Spring field) we walking into the staff room area to ask for advice/direction as to whom do we make contact with to help us dispatch our refrigerator.. instead of getting a polite response , your staff member at reception (vindictive) by saying ...\the only thing I can help you with is to clock you in if you are an employee of Marco
