Unacceptable

I have been struggling to get hold of Makro Centurion for 3 hours. Been dialing 5 numbers that the call Centre gave me with no answer at all *** / *** / *** / ***0 / ***). I need to confirm when a delivery is going to be done as i have an appointment that I need to go too. Now i have to drive all the way to the store to find out what the problem is, waste more time. This is very unprofessional. No confirmation even received that the delivery is taking place.
