Unacceptable Customer Service

We wanted to buy a trampoline for our son’s 3rd birthday (24 Aug). There is no stock around our parts (North West). We phoned germiston branch as they show stock online and we spoke to a lady in accounts who said they can keep one out for us if we made an eft payment, we did this on the 13th of August. We heard on sunday the 16th of August that there is no stock. No we have do do a request for refund and this will only be done when the lady is back on friday 21 August and can take 5 working days!!! We wont have money to buy another present as we saved for this one and now she says there’s no atock!! Unacceptable customer service!! We were ready to have the otem picked up at the branch as well but now we have no option whatsoever!! Disgusted to say the least!
