Unacceptable customer service

I cant even give a 1 star! Placed an online order on the 1st December (Black friday specials) I was told the order would be delivered by Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no order. Phone in, no one can assist. Phone in again in the afternoon after sending an email aswell. No one can give me answers. I get told it will take 24-48 hours to escalate my query???? Do me a favor..... Then i get told that i will get a call before close of business on Tuesday.... Im still waiting for the call. I get a message this morning that they have cancelled part of my order and ill be refunded in 5-10 days. Funny that it was all specials that were cancelled. So now i dont get to benefit from the black friday. Please pay me back my money (not in 5-10 days)471 or make a plan to get me my specials...Extremely frustrating! Dont put yourself through this frustration. Its a circus and a joke!
