UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS CONDUCT!!

Utterly disgusted in the conduct of Makro staff. I placed and PAID FOR an order on the 16th of August and I'm yet to receive it. No one calls to update on my order or issues about my order. I've been contacted my the HELLO PETER Makro agent, who was of no help and literally told me I can't online orders for delivery in any province other than the one I'm physically in!! How? I've used many online platforms and have on many occasion opted for delivery to family in different parts of South Africa. If Makro's online platform is not sophisticated enough to allow one to process orders in CPT for delivery in JHB, then maybe stick of instore transactions only!! The online store agents at Ottery and Nationwide have a tendency of hanging up on customers who are using THEIR OWN AIRTIME to query goods they have PAID FOR!! This is totally un acceptable, MAKRO and their *********** AND LAZY STAFF should be boycotted!! None of you take your work seriously and then want to blame the Government when you're out of work!!

THE HELLO PETER AGENTS ARE EQUALLY USELESS!
