Unacceptable behaviour - and outdated systems

I recently placed an order after looking for the items for a while. order number MAK748238. I then have to pay 2 individual delivery charges but worst of all I get a call to advise out of stock. Ifbyour online systems are not capable of handling orders, please refrain from taking my money when an order is placed. In such an instance you reserve the quantities and note to confirm order once quantities can be confirmed. If you cannot deliver, and alternatives are available - why would you not do that? Since your systems were not functioning properly, I expect delivery of the items, even if you need to source from someone else.

please get back to me ASAP as this is exceptionally poor service and not acceptable. Dawie
