Unable to successfully update stock levels or ever deliver on times they stipulate.

Hi, k placed order 1st Dec. Tent to arrive 13th Dec 2024 then told it will be refunded as they have courier issues. Then 10 days pass & I'm told it is ready for courier on 21st then today it says it was oit for delivery & returned but I'm home all day & awake since 3h50? So I camped & returned had to last minute buy an over priced tent. Now again I'm told I will be refunded ded as they out of stock?! Impossible. Same thing happened last time and now I will wait for this tent to ve delivered as soon as new stock arrives. I want what I paid for & it is bot your decision to make to refund me everytime you feel you out of stock after stock was available in bulk. My smoothie maker or juice blender I cannot use arrived damaged & still no feedback after all pics were sent. We in a new year already & still no joy... I want a working brand new blender & my tent asap & communication, PLEASE! Thanks?
