Unable to pruchase item

Since last year December, I have gone into Makro looking for a cherry wood bookcase. When at the store, non of the sales persons are available, when I find them they always tell me they are out of stock and I must leave my details (which are never used as a follow up). This week again, the item was advertised in the promotional brochure. as the item was advertised, I thought that stock was now available, needless to say I went into the store and yet again the item was out of stock. I am not sure how Makro wants to sell items, if there is no follow up to ensure items are available and that sales staff ensure that customers get what they are looking for. The sales staff, promised me they would source the item and ocntact me, this has not occured again and this is the third time I have tried. Please help me to help you, I want, you supply.
