Unable to deliver order on time

Hi. I placed an order on 03 Dec 24, it was two fans and to add to the order for free delivery, I added something of R11.

I received the R11 order but not the fan. I placed the order a week in advance as I am leaving tomorrow, the 13th to the Northern Cape. This is highly unacceptable. I even called customer care asking them to speed up the process, last week Friday, and I am still awaiting feedback. I need the fans tomorrow. I cannot spend additional money to courier fan to another province because of Makro not keeping their word.
