Unable to Contact the Stoor for After Purchase Service

I am trying to get hold of your Vanderbijlpark store to log a request for them to collect my washing machine for service as it falls under warranty and the number provided from your contact center does not work and is constantly engaged.

The contact center are extremely helpful and tried their best to assist me but asked me to contact the store directly as I need to book it with them. Now I cannot get through to the store and this is terrible service and not the first time I am experiencing issue with the Vanderbijlpark store.

I purchased my wash machine +/- 2 years ago and just need to send it for manufacturer repair and cannot even do this cause the store is unable to be reached. Terrible service
