ULTRA LINK 32" - 70" TILT TV BRACKET missing assembly parts

on the 15th i have recieved the second batch of this order #MAK*** which contained a ULTRA LINK 32" - 70" TILT TV BRACKET. on arrival the box was already open and half the assembly parts for the brackets like bolts, nuts and spacers which is supposed to be a closed package were already open and can't assemble or use the bracket in anyway now. have reported this to the makro online team the next day (16/12/2021) with pictures attached of the missing pieces and how the package looked on arrival . the only response i got from the team was that they have escalated to the relevant department but till today i did not get any response from them
