Worst online shopping expirience ever, bought a TV and tv license online only to receive an email after 5 days that they are out if stock. And they have to refund me till today i never got my money back.

but I doubt anything is taken serious as i have been in contact with your staff for over 3weeks with no help or response its unfair that i have to fight for my money.
It's either im not being taken serious or your staff is ***********.
