I pay monthly without fail, theres certain amount monthly which is not accounted for, where does that money go? Why is there a transanction called makro springfield when i hardly use sprngfield ? Something shady is happening.

15 Jan 2024, 11:19I received an email from makro apologising for the inconvenience. I was still told to take more of my time and sit through the ivr system and call them, I called them and I spoke to a lady who did not know what she was doing, who wAs rude in tone, her tone was condescending , I am going to file a complaint with the ombudsman because as a customer I am not taken serious to have someone attend to the issue efficiently .
