U will never get a refund from Makro

Donated 4k + to Makro online. The order was cancelled on the third week on Nov,requested a refund. Have been calling Makro on a daily basis and today customer care told me the order was placed through a third party and they are stuggling to get hold of the third party for a refund. So the refubd failed from their side. So who should refund a custome? How is Makro allowing third paties to sell via Makro if they dont have their details. What the hell.

I'm so disgusted,can't explain it.
