Typical south African service delivery

In spite of having experienced so many issues with deliveries such as products always being out of stock waiting 2 weeks for refunds and even missing paid products from my delivery that was not refunded, i still gave Makro the benefit of accidents happen but when they deleted all my order history and Wishlist that was the end of their pathetic customer service and i will take my business elsewhere from here on.
