****ty Makro experience 😒
Had a bad experience with Makro SA. Ordered a GREENHOUSE and received a LADDER. Been trying to return the wrongly delivered item for almost 3 weeks now. No one has picked up the package. Sent numerous emails to them, just getting reference numbers. Called them as well they made the pick up a "priority" bit still nothing. Now they informed me I will not get a refund after 14 days of purchasing the product. Anyway, really ****ty of them not to get back to you. Also the delivery takes forever!!!! Thanks for making online shopping so "easy" Makro!
