Two months and still no delivery

We've placed an order with Makro PE in 7 November 2024 for delivery to Sedgefield. We lodged a query after numerous phone calls on 28 November to enquire where the delivery was. We were promised that it will take place by 20 December. It is 15 January and we still have no delivery. The query was escalated a few times with no joy. They don't even know where the stock is. This is pathetic service.
