Tv repair

I called Makro on Monday 16 October 2023, concerning my TV the screen is no longer working properly its showing this reddish colour. I have never received any correspondence from them regarding when they will come to repair. We insured the tv with them for warranty from the day of purchase. I’m disappointed because the tv it’s getting worse and worse and damaging our eyes.
