TV from Makro stopped working after a month

Makro truly has to be the worst business to ever exist! I don't even want to talk about their customer service because it's none existent! I bought a 65 inch TV at Makro Online on 30 November 2024 and it was delivered almost a month later after fighting a million battles with both Makro and their courier service. The TV worked for a month and a few weeks and completely stopped working. I reported the matter and requested for a return, which i logged in on 18 February 2025. As i write this complain on 5 March 2025, the TV has not been fetched, neither have i received any feedback nor apology from them. When i check-in with them, they tell me the matter has been escalated but we're sitting without a TV!!!
