TV Exchange

The worst experience from Makro . I requested a SMART TV and a company came to collect the LED TV which I received , the guys that came took my Explora remote .This was on the 20 of January 2020 , till to date I have no concrete answer on when I will receive my TV . I just got off the phone and a consultant told me I need to come into the store to collect my refund . What a pathetic service !!!! I will make sure I make time to get my refund as it is difficult to provide me with a product which I require from you as a business. I am disappointed with the level of service , no one cares .I call every-time , no one seems to care to resolve my issue. I called today and the agent told me a phumzile will call me , and I am sure no one will call until I make that call .

Your 24/48 hrs does not work with me . I have been calling with no assistance ,this Tv that I wanted is not even available now . But when I requested for the exchange it was available . The main reason why woodmead dispatch the company to collect the tv was to exchange for a smart tv .For the past weeks how am I supposed to view from my decoder as the remote for an Explora was also taken ? It's almost month and no response nor resolution ?? And I should still give you 24-48 hrs ??
