Tsotsi Makro

Makro online shopping doesn't even deserve a star, I placed my order on the 20st June before 12pm, of which the order was supposed to be collected same day if placed before 12pm as I have done previously. 21st my order was still not ready and canceled the order. Website says refunds take 7days and I kept on calling these customers careless 😑 people and they confirmed that the order was canceled but the app kept on saying in progress. To my surprise the order was collected today and been calling Makro Riversands and the customer careless service and no one can help me. How can I have collected my order while I'm siting at home. These Makro people are ****** and I want my money back please people. I will be going to Riversands tomorrow and I expect to leave that store with my money
