Tshepi ke Star

The Five Stars goes to Tshepiso Mokhomatha a Customer Care consultant. I called in frustration, the first guy I spoke to, dropped call while I was still explaining, I called again and Gontse answered and made me hold for 30 min before putting the phone down. When I called for the third time, Mr Mokhomatha was of great assistance. All he did was to follow up with the finance department and while on the line with him, I got confirmation via email that my refund is approved, should take a few days to reflect in my account.
