Trying to fool customers

I was there about 2/3 weeks back and looked on the boards that they have under their R100 deals under the products on the shelf to make sure until what date the specials were which most of them was until 30 September. Yesterday was there to buy more marvelous creations slabs and they have changed it from 5 for R100 to 4 for R100 which is trying to rip customers off because the 5 for R100 was supposed to be until end of Sep!! Spoke to Tersia who got some other dude on the line as Mark had already left who made me a **** saying that special ended June!! Tersia called someone again who said it is 5 for a R100 but I was charged extra on my slip! R255.90 for 10 slabs and not R200!!! They thought no one would notice the switch they did, well I noticed!!! And in seriously NOT happy!!! You can't change a special when it hasn't reach the date that it was supposed to end on!!!! After I enquired quickly someone removed the 4 for R100 board under the chocolates!!! This tells me a lot!!! If I knew they would try to bamboozle customers at a later stage I would have took photos of the boards with dates on under their products!!! Tanya ***
