Trolley incident

My wife and i was at Makro Port Elizabeth on Monday 27 November to go do some shopping. First we struggled to find a trolley for my toddler to sit in because there are not many with the little red seat. After finding one the trolleys were so tightly packed i had to pull hard to get one out. The handle broke of and i hit my wife in the face with the pipe. This could have been my child or maybe someone else's child and the damage would have been far greater. The health and safety manager took our details and the onsite nurse attended to my wife's wound. They said they would phone us the next day to follow up on the incident and i wrote them a mail on their site. It is now three days later and my wife is sitting with a sore blue bruised face, complaining of headaches and people probably think I'm a wife beater and still not a word from Makro. This is unacceptable!! It shows just how much they think of the public who support them. I know I'm just one customer and seeing this disrespect from them i think we'll rather do our shopping somewhere else from now on.
