Trip To Hell !!

How disappointed I am in Makro's Carnival's branch, cant be expressed in words!! I drove all the way from Pretoria, and was so shocked to see how badly this stores official opening was managed. By no means was there planned for the number of customers that showed up. Parking was a nightmare from before 7am. You had to park on an open land,with red dust, like powder. Cars was covered in the durt, so were your shoes!! After parking you had to walk about 2km on terrain that was still under construction!! I noticed a old black man that had fallen, and was hurt in the process!! When you managed to arrive alive inside the premises you were treated like cattle in a kraal. thousands of people was standing in cues, and makro staff assaulted the customers verbally. We were send from pillor to post, just to hear later that most of the items we were interested were sold out!! So I wasted my time and petrol from Pretoria to hear there is no stock available!! There was no toilets or water stations on the premises, and many people ended with sun stroke!! I want a call from management to inform me that had happened,and why it got out of hand like this??
