Trimtec trimmer(900w)-A DISASTER

On the 21st of December 2019, my boss bought a Trimtec electrical trimmer(900w) on my behalf at Makro Springfield. I took it home and I used it twice, the third time the trimmer just stopped working. I took it back to the store on the 13th of January 2020 because it's still under a year's guarantee. At Makro they promised me they were going to inform me via SMS when it had come back from the supplier where they would take it back. I had to go back there to find out if it was ready for my collection since they haven't contacted me and the promised time had passed.

I got the SMS the following day after I had gone there. I collected it and when I got home, the same thing happened again, this Trimtec trimmer(900w) only worked once, the second time it stopped again. I'm extremely disappointed with this product, I have to keep sending it back, it's a neusence. It's not serving it purpose. I wish I never bought such a TRASH product. It's a complete waste of time and money and it's only three month's since I bought it.
