Tricycled for 80buck @ makro vaal

Makro Vanderbijlpark has met the one star ⭐ standard this week.

On Monday 27 December 2021 I was charged for a tricycle R 799, which I did not purchase. Upon checking the till slip at home it was Discovered that the slip had a tricycle. I called the store the next morning and spoke to the manager in charge of the query. I was quite happy with her assistance. However I had to call back the next to o find out if the issue has been dealt with she did say she would call back which she didn't. So it was resolved that no tricycle had been purchased and they would issue a refund. Upon going to the store I went to reception and asked for the manger handling the case. She said she was coming After 10 minutes she had not yet arrived. When the receptionist called again she said she's in a meeting. Another gentleman arrived who had no clue as to the issue. Once explained , he said he still needs to find out what the issue is. Another lady arrives after a total of waiting 35 minutes takes over the gentle man and arrogantly says it fine, I can go on hello Peter and write a review. The refund was issued without any compansation what so ever. I wonder how many other cases happen like this in make. There are so many more questions that can be asked based on the security issues at makro.
