Treating clients like *********

This is the worst customer service experience in the world. Straight from the call centre agents who are all rude and ended call after call right in my ear before they can even help. What is so hurtful is their ***** department that made me feel like I'm a ********. why mislead clients into believing that they can use their online platform only to block their card without even alerting them nor applying proper reasons that are within regulations. I need assistance reporting this **** of an organization to the Ombudsman.
