Treated like a ******** and refused my refund
I have sent a complaint last week which is still not resolved.
I went to the makro in Riversands where I was treated like a ******** and I refuse to go back to that store and experience the torment that they put me through. I requested I get a refund for my groceries that I paid for but refused to leave with and to this day no one is able to refund me my money.. This is the worst ever service shame. The worst. I have never seen such. They told me I would get my refund but I have not received anything from Makro.

It is really disappointing that I keep getting these automated messages about contacting relevant management and still not receive any help. I am still waiting for my refund and I have not received it yet.
I have not had any communication since last Monday and the person I spoke to said they will get back to me and they never did.. it is really disappointing how such a small query can literally take 2 weeks to resolve.
It's sad that my kids have to suffer because people just don't know how to treat customer, rather customers that work at other retail stores and treat them like *********.
I have been waiting for any time of response and yet nothing.. No one is willing g to assist me. I am sure I will get yet another phone call that will be pointless.
All I want is my money back. I don't understand what is so difficult. 😕 this is really disappointing and disgusting
