Treadmill from Makro not working 3 weeks it was after purchased

I bought a trojan treadmill on the 5th of December 2023, from Makro Pietermaritzburg for R9,999.99. Two weeks after buying it, the machine started cutting power in the middle of my run (10 minutes into my running). It has not worked since then. I went to Makro Pietermaritzburg, and I was told to contact Trojan.

Trojan technician has been to my house to repair it four times, he replaced motherboard and magnetic strip. However, this didn't resolve the problem.

I therefore request that this machine be replaced, or I get refunded, reasons being: • Clearly, this machine is defective, • I have afforded Trojan plenty of time to fix the problem and the problem is not fixed. • 5 months after I have reported the problem the machine isn’t fixed, • Trojan technician has attempted to fix the machine three times already, • The machine was hardly 2 weeks old and it started to give problems and • What will happen after the warranty expires since the problem arose whilst the machine was under warranty?

Trojan is no longer responding to my emails anymore. I have tried to email Makro customer services to no avail. I bought this machine from Makro, and I expect Makro to assisting in resolving this issue.
