Train your agents on better customer service.!!

I am utterly disgusted by the service I have recieved or rather have not recieved from the Vodacom Agents at the Strubens Valley branch. I had app**** for a 2 for 1 contract on one of the Specials they have for Samsung handsets. One of the agents captured my profile incorrectly and there was some kind off error that appeared that Vodacom had to clear on the side apparently, which will take 72hours to clear. I physically went to the store after phoning several times but no solid feedback was provided, still no Joy when I went to the store. I will be sure to let Vodacom know about this. What a bitter taste this has left in my mouth..
