Train staff better for online shopping..

I do not know y Makro has an online store as clearly they failing , I thought for convenience it's the best option,I guess I am wrong , everytime I use online store,I get missing or incorrect orders ,I do not know if staff. Members are not trained or things are not checked .. honestly and oh when their staff is lazy to look they say out of stock and refund not even thinking of giving a similar product ,or even give alternative.. I am so disappointed this is the 7 th time , what an inconvenience,don't get me started with the delivery system,your order will be returned without warning,you just get an sms saying order returned..no call nothing...
