Totem MB Gear Glass Damaged

I bought my daughter's Totem Mountain Bike (orange and black) in August 2015 it was on special for R1700.<br> <br> We only opened it up two weeks later as she was still learning to ride on her old bike, to get off her training wheels.<br> <br> When we did, we discovered that the glass by the gear numbers was smashed. I called in to query what could be done and was told that we would have to prove it was not us, I was really upset as she was starting Mountain Biking at school the same week and needed it. So we decided to just have her use it and I would try buying a new glass from Totem. Only to find that it was not so easy! I cant even find a website for them.<br> <br> It should be Makro that resolves this as we bought the bike from them, I still recommended them to the other parents at school, I can even show you pictures of how many parents went to Makro and bought their kids bikes because I told them the amazing deal we had got. Makro at Silverlakes and Centurion received alot of mountain bike sales from me! <br> <br> Shouldn't loyal customers deserve better service!
