Totem Bycicle

Bought bikes on 31 Jan. while pumping the tire at the garage, my back tire burst. He did not even put 2 bars in yet. <br> So back to Makro we bought a tube/pump. Then the pump broke.<br> back to the garage and pumped it again.<br> Just to be cycling for 500m and the tire burst again.<br> next morning we go back to Makro and bought a tube. <br> But after pumping the tire the valve is leaking so we change the valve. <br> We did not go cycle again as my boyfriend had to go into hospital. Two weeks later we go cycle, and it burst again.<br> Now I decided to take the bike in for repair. <br> This was the repair note:<br> tube keep bursting think it's the rim as experts told us that the rim is faulty.<br> gears skip 3 at a time and gears making a noise.<br> pickup:<br> I insisted talking to the guys that fixed the bike. I waited for 40 min in the store and we couldn't get hold of him. On my way home he phoned me and explained to me that to much was wrong with the bike so they just changed the tube. Company: M5Sports. name Raj. I told him it's not on, as the tube keep bursting, he told me to bring it in again.he was in fact very rude.<br> On Sat I will be returning my bike for a refund. Lets see if they will refund me. <br> HORRIBLE SERVICE!
