Totem 29\ bicycle - Bad Service"

On Saturday, 22 August 2015, I purchased the above-mentioned bicycle. On Sunday when I opened the box, I found the following problems -
1. Only one alan key whereas two other alan keys are required to assemble the bicycle.
2. The assembly manual included the assembly procedure for caliper brakes, but not for disc brakes that the bike is fitted with.
3. The spray painted saddle stem did not fit normally into the bicycle frame even with the tightening mechanism fully opened.
On Monday, 24 August 2015 @ 9:00 I called Makro. I explained the situation to the shop assistant who told me to return it to the branch. Problem is that it took 3 of us about 30 minutes to get the box into my car and that I had partly assembled the bicycle. I also mentioned that I saw no point in returning the bicycle just to be given another box with exactly the same issues.
I later received a call from Randy - manager. He confirmed that he could not deliver an assembled bike to me. He pointed out that due to the box being sealed that it was not Makro's problem. I disagreed & asked for a copy of the correct manual & to sort out the saddle issue. Until now I have not received the promised email or a call.
