TOTALLY USELESS SUPPORT FROM MAKRO WITH STONE AGE SPEED OF DELIVERY

Worst delivery experience and after-sales. Bought a fridge online which was packed and ready to go within a few hours after the order but the courier only collected it 5 days later at which time it should have been delivered already. Numerous emails send to makro online without a reply until the 6 days which said the courier will deliver the same day. No tracking or any other useful info was supp****. I called Makro and they said the fridge is with Time Freight I tried to call but then saw online they closed down 2 years ago. Called again and been holding 15 min while the Makro team is trying to find my parcel just to be told it's going to take another 2 days. Any decend courier delivers overnight to any town on the n2 from Cape Town and I do not see why it is taking 8 days. MAK***
