Totally useless!

If I could give a -10 I would. Never have I had such useless service! My order placed end August 2022, never arrived even after calling & emailing to find out what the problem was. A MONTH later I still had not received my order. When I called for a refund, nothing was done and now another month later after several calls to the call centre, I still have not received my refund!! I was told initially that it had been paid, which it had not, now when I called AGAIN because I received no feedback, I've been told - very rudely, that it has been processed & will take 7 working days! I will NEVER buy from Makro again, especially not from their online shopping! The way things stand my money has been ******! I'm beyond annoyed!
