Total **** service and false advertising

I recently purchased a Logitech MX Keys Mini Keyboard and mouse combo from the Makro Online store. When it arrived, it was only the keyboard. I have logged calls and mailed numerous times and Makro refuses to tell me that they will provide me what I paid for but instead, they want to take back my supp**** item and I’ve noted that they will provide combo I ordered and paid for is no longer listed. I have refused to hand my supp**** item back to their courier as I demanded they confirm that in me doing so that they will not take the easy way out and simply refund me which I’m certain is their full intention. I want what I paid for. The customer service “advisors” simply stonewall my questions about me getting what I ordered and say I must send back the wrong item. I am owed a Logitech mx Anywhere 3s mouse and I won’t let them get away with their false advertising nor them trying to simply hope I go away. I have screen shots of their website advertising my combo so there’s no way they can deny. Even the description on my invoice says “combo”….. give me my mouse I’m owed Makro or I take this to your senior management and FB etc….. you may be big but I won’t give in to your bullying….
