Torn bar stools within 2 months of pruchase

On September I bought bar chairs from Makro online which were delivered on the 25th of September 2024. Wrong chairs were delivered and I wrote Makro wanting to find out if they were to refund me the difference as the chairs that were delivered costed lesser than the ones I bought. I was told, no I will have to log a call for the chairs to be returned if I don't want them. Because the chairs were already assembled, I opted to keep them.

Within 2 months of using them, the chairs are now torn. Tried to call Makro Online a couple of times and I am not being assisted. Buy from Makro at your own risk as they don't take accountability for the items they are selling.
