Told to keep waiting after 10 days

I ordered about R 11 500.00 worth of drinks and snacks online while away on business expecting that it would be delivered by the time I returned and in time for visitors over the festive season. No such luck, I live in Midrand and Makro dispatched my order from Ottery - that's 1****m away when their Centurion branch is 12km from me.
