To Mobi or not To Mobi-Vault

I purchased a Mobi Volt Inverter 500Watt December 2025 I only used this Inverter for 6 Times charging it 4 times and the last 2 times I used Solar panel that was included in the deal

After checking the device on the Sunday, it did not want to Power anything, but the USB port was still working.

I took it to Nelspruit Makro (Mbombel) to have emails send all about and telling me it is because of overcharging.

Ho can an Inverter have this issue seeing it needs to be charged and switched off when reaching its full Sycle of charge

The Ladies at Makro have been very helpful but allot of their employees that was a part of this Venture was on leave. very weird but any way

Then there was a pregnant lady sitting around and Security and it felt like I was a burden and to get the Manager I had to almost write an exam - very bad experience

I then spoke to the Manage Solly and he also came forth as me the client being the problem after explaining this to him and he understood but stood with the expert that was making assumptions and there has been no real report given to me seeing this is an assumption and I feel this Unit was sold as a reject and I was not informed it even had a serial tag on the plug outlet which was very weird from the beginning

I also got a quote for over R1745.00 to fix a problem that is not my fault

I wish for this matter to be escalated, and I wish to talk to management or a customer representative that is willing to listen to my side of the story
