To hell with me if the handset I was sold is not in good condition

I bought a Redmi 3s at Makro Silverlakes on 3 April 2017. On 15 May 2017, the phone would not charge or switch on for the whole day. Before then, I started to struggle to answer incoming calls because it would not recognise when I touched the screen to accept a call. I took the phone back to Makro the following day, on 16 May 2017 and asked for my money back. Aftera few weeks of phoning and phushing for feedback, yesterday (5 June 2017), I called only to be told that the supplier says there is nothing wrong with the phone, I should take a screenshot next time it gives me a problem. So how will I screenshot with a phone if goes off, I wonder? And when you assess a phone in 15 mins, what quarantee do you have that the issues will not occur with continued use and how do you tell me to keep a phone when I have expressed that it has given me issues already, within barely 2 months of use ? Outraged, disappointed and undermined!!!!!!
