Time wasting *******
The service at Makro Springfield and online is pathetic to say the least, when you go to collect the order you get told the order was cancelled... Seriously, just drove 45 Min to collect..Then they want to take 7 days to refund me as they do not have the decency to tell you they do not have stock...

Mail again today and still no reply...Called you customer "don't" care line and was told they will call me back 3 times..ask for manager, also waiting for a call back...
Seriously are you guys that hard up for cash you can't even get a refund sorted out....
