Thulani driver that's possessed

Yesterday experienced poor service from your delivery guys. They literally had my groceries the whole day until I had to send an email to complain. I'm sure I'm one those residents that live closest to the highway so my deliveries are usually early and I prepare. Thulani only sent me his contacts, even called me when he was at my neighbors gate. And I'm sure he broke someone's Hisense fridge because he hit it on my steel car shelter. The was a kic one, not sure about it. How I noticed was because our groceries and those 2 fridges were the only things in their mini truck. Usually we receive handover info along with the drivers contacts. This time that didn't come through, I'm sure all this would've been avoided.
