Three weeks and still no order, or response.

Placed an order for 2 boxes of wine three weeks ago (a regular order). As of today, it is still listed as 'Packed'. I have sent several emails, with no response, called the help line and was told someone would call me. I went to the store, they said it was out for delivery. Obviously I wasn't home! I called the courier company, they said it is back at the store. Status still lists as 'Packed'. Tried the store manager's phone - goes to voice mail with no response. This will be my last ever order from Makro.
